Mansoor H. Khan’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial, mining, telecommunication and oil and gas law. He represents clients in contentious and non-contentious matters. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Pakistan and regularly appears before the Lahore, Sindh and Islamabad High Courts. Mr. Khan is considered a leading expert from Pakistan on international arbitration and has represented clients before ICC and ICSID tribunals. Recently, he won a victory for GE in a court case where GE had challenged a public procurement worth US$ 530 million. He is also representing an international corporation in litigation in which the largest foreign investment in Pakistan’s history has been challenged.
In December 2014, he advised the Government of Pakistan and the issuer as Pakistan counsel in the international issue of US$ 1 billion trust (Sukuk) certificates listed on the Luxemburg Stock Exchange. In January 2005, he advised the Government of Pakistan and the issuer in the US$ 600 million international offering of trust certificates. He has also represented Emirates Telecommunication Corporation – Etisalat in its US$ 2.6 billion acquisition of an equity stake in and management control of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL).
Mansoor Khan has advised some of the largest international corporations including General Electric (GE), Motorola, Boeing, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Caterpillar, Motorola Solutions, Baker Hughes,Citibank, Morgan Stanley, J P Morgan, Exterran, Toyota, Mitsui, Thales, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance, Deutsche Bank and Etisalat.
Mr. Khan worked as an associate for the New York office of a premiere American law firm before returning to Pakistan. Additionally, he has interned in the legal department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington D.C., a firm of solicitors in London, as well as the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) in Geneva.
Mr. Khan earned his B.A. and LL.B. from Punjab University, as well as L.L.M. degrees from University of London and Harvard Law School. He is enrolled as an advocate of the Lahore High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Mr. Khan has a special commitment to public service and, in that regard, regularly performs civic duties. He acted as Chairman of the Working Group on Business Information and Database constituted by the Government of Pakistan and was also a co-opted member of the Working Group for Coordination on Arbitration Reforms, also constituted by the Government of Pakistan. He was a member of the Punjab Higher Education Reforms Committee, constituted by the Government of Punjab. He was also on the committee formed by the Punjab Government to make recommendations with regard to making all statutes and subordinate legislation available on the internet. He has appeared as a legal expert on numerous high-rated Pakistani TV channels.

Noman Ahmad Langrial
Noman Ahmad Langrial holds an LL.B. Honours degree from the University of London. He completed the Barrister Training Course from BPP University, England and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
As an associate at Khan & Associates, he is involved in cases and matters relating to the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, the enforcement of arbitration agreements through domestic courts, the winding-up of companies, mergers and demergers, employment disputes, and the drafting of master franchise and other commercial contracts. He has represented clients in numerous proceedings before the High Courts of Pakistan in their original and appellate jurisdictions. He has assisted the firm’s partners in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Ibrahim Khan
Ibrahim Khan holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Law from the University of Cambridge (2:1) and a B.A. in Legal Studies & Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley (Highest Honors). He has passed the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales’ SQE1 & SQE2 examinations. In his LL.M. in Legal Practice at the University of Law, he achieved distinctions in Commercial Law, Advanced Dispute Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Competition Law.
Ibrahim has provided research support on landmark public international law cases at the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley, including the first-ever criminal complaint before international courts concerning an authoritarian regime’s use of chemical weapons on civilians. He has also supported strategy development on facilitating political transition in conflict zones at the United Nations Department of Peace Operations in New York. Additionally, he has helped in assessing the legal and commercial risks surrounding clients’ business strategies during his summer placement at Winston & Strawn LLP in London.
At Khan & Associates, Ibrahim is part of the team that advises multinational clients on their commercial operations in Pakistan, including on domestic and international arbitration, enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, commercial transactions, e-commerce and digital services regulations, and general corporate law.
Abdunnoor Saqib
Abdunnoor Saqib is a B.A. and LL.B. Honours graduate from the University of South Asia.
At Khan & Associates, he is involved in conducting in-depth legal research focused on procedural and substantive laws, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, and drawing on practical exposure to the Courts, including case preparation, pleadings, case management, reviewing case files, and observing and assisting during court appearances.
Zainab Nazir
Zainab Nazir holds an LL.B. Honors from University College Lahore. She previously worked at a law firm which focused heavily on property litigation.
As a legal consultant with Khan & Associates, Zainab consults on a variety of matters ranging from corporate to real estate law.
Radya Khan
Radya Khan is a graduate of Kinnaird College for Women and has obtained her LL.B. from University of the Punjab. During her law studies, she won gold medals for academic excellence. She has completed further studies in conflict resolution.
As a legal consultant with Khan & Associates, Radya assists various teams on issues related to corporate law and dispute resolution.
